Your HOBOT Window cleaner has multiple safety options built in. The power vacuum motor holds the window cleaner on the window like glue, if the power was to fail there is a back up battery that will alert you and hold the HOBOT window cleaner to the window for 20 minutes. The very last fail safe is the safety cord. We recommend using the safety cord anywhere the robot may be at risk of hurting someone if it fell.
