Loop signal lost means that there is an issue with the connection of your boundary wire, normally a break in the line somewhere.
Check to see if you have a blue or red light on your docking station. Blue means you have a good connection, red means there is a break in the connection somewhere. If you have no light, it is likely a power supply issue. Power supplies can be damaged by overloads from storms etc.
A slight break in the wire may mean the light is still blue, but the MoeBot is stating ‘Loop Signal Lost’. Please see the video to better understand how to address this issue
If you have a red light reclamp any connectors incase one is loose and recheck the light
After checking the connectors if the light is still red, take a small piece of spare boundary wire approx 20cm in length. Turn off the Moebot at the power point and disconnect the boundary wire from the black and red connector. Take the 20cm piece of boundary wire and connect to the black and red connector, then turn the MoeBot back on. Now check to see what colour the light is. If the light is blue, there is no issue with the docking station and you have a break in the wire somewhere.
If you have a break in the wire it may or may not be visible. It could be the tinned copper wire has damage on the inside. The easiest way to detect a a broken wire is using an AM radio or a pulse and tone meter.
